Pam Hillyard is a Data Specialist at the Regional Office of Education #17.  She is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data collection from the Leading While Learning and other grant project partners, grant budget management, and tracking of project activities to ensure progress toward goals.  She brings to the ROE grant experience as a Grant Coordinator and Co-Principal Investigator from Illinois State University working with the U.S. Department of Education and several foundations on various educational leadership grants.  Additionally, through the Illinois Institute for Addiction Recovery at Proctor Hospital, Ms. Hillyard has worked on the Don’t Gamble Away Our FutureTM gambling grant program funded by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention.  She received her M.S. in Clinical Psychology from Illinois State University, Normal, IL and her B.A. in Psychology from Wittenberg University, Springfield, Ohio.  Ms. Hillyard is a Licensed Clinical and Professional Counselor (LCPC), Certified Advanced Alcohol and (Other) Drug Counselor (CAADC), and Certified Problem and Compulsive Gambling Counselor (PCGC) in the State of Illinois.  In 2012, she earned a Black Belt in Six Sigma.   With over fifteen years of management experience, Ms. Hillyard specializes in project management, quality and process improvement, budgeting and fiscal management, and regulatory compliance.
