Kayla Arnolts grew up in McLean, Illinois, and attended Olympia schools. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Illinois College in Jacksonville, Illinois. Throughout her career, she gained knowledge and experience in many industries, including government, nonprofits, grassroots advocacy, philanthropy, law, auditing, and insurance. Kayla joined the Regional Office of Education #17 in 2022 to support grant programs. Kayla, her husband Frank, and her son Auggie live in Bloomington.
