Meet the Staff

After 20 years as a middle school and high school teacher, Mary began her administrative career at McLean County Unit 5 at Chiddix Junior High School as an Assistant Principal. After two years, she moved to the Associate Principal position and then became the Principal at Parkside Junior High School. She led school improvement efforts at Parkside for five years while she worked on her doctorate, after which she became the Superintendent of Lincoln CUSD 27 in Lincoln, IL. She served in that position for sic years. Subsequent work has been done with the ROE and district outreach; 6 years of leadership coaching, and additional SEL work with leadership teams. Mary loves coaching and aspiring existing leaders!
