The Future Leaders Advocacy Program invests in recruiting, coaching, and retaining high-potential aspiring education leaders who reflect and understand the communities they serve and are ready to drive lasting impact in schools and student success.
WE ARE COMMITTED to empowering 30 aspiring leaders pursuit of a P-12 Principal License and fostering their growth as they aspire to leadership roles as principals or assistant principals.
ROE LEAD HUBS SUPPORT involves:

Cost of Administrator Academy for Teacher Evaluation Certification

Professional learning support for candidates via monthly 1-hour virtual sessions, networking opportunities, and virtual summer workshops
