Victoria Padilla serves as the Communication Director for ROE # 17. In her role, she maintains and designs all ROE # 17 written and electronic publications, and works to report and represent ROE # 17 as a leader in education. Victoria also works with districts on Health-Life Safety, Homeschool, School Calendar, Compliance, and Illinois School Code questions and research. Victoria earned her Bachelor’s in English at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and earned her Master’s in Communication at Illinois State University.
