Meet the Staff

Phaedra began her career at the ROE in September 20I8.  As the Licensure Specialist, she investigates, communicates, and resolves licensure-related issues for four counties and thirty school districts in our region.  She is the compliance officer for our region and conducts on-site personnel and student health records compliance visits on an annual basis.  She is the liaison between the educators and the Illinois State Board of Education working to ensure teachers are properly credentialed for their grade level and content area taught.  She is also an additional resource for Substitute, Paraprofessional, and Short-Term Substitute licensure.  Phaedra, and her husband, Marc, reside in Gridley and have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
